Itamar Ben-Gvir, from the legal defense organization Honenu, has submitted a request for the Supreme Court to immediately answer his prior appeal against security services.
Ben-Gvir explains that "We have already been waiting for more than 24 hours for the Supreme Court's decision to place an injunction against the torture and abuse that my client has been suffering. For more than 21 days he has not seen a lawyer."
He added: "In similar cases (Arab appeals), the Supreme Court decided within a few hours and it is a little strange that only now there is still no decision on th issue."
The client in question is being held on suspicion of being involved in the Duma arson and murder.
