Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras praised the results of Spain's elections yesterday (Sunday). He claimed that it was proof of the people's opposition to Prime Minister Mariano Rajo's austerity measures.
Rajo's Popular Party won a plurality of seats in the election, but lost its majority.
"The austerity is a political destroyer in Spain," said Prime Minister Tsipras, adding that the results show that "Europe is changing."
