Opposition leader Yitzhak Herzog on Friday welcomed the reconciliation agreement being formulated with Turkey.
"It's good that we have reached an agreement with Turkey, although it happened too late, and it is clear that this could have been done two years ago with a better agreement being reached," Herzog said at the FSU conference.
