The strong rainfall that is plaguing Ashkelon has caused water to seem into the city’s Barzilai Hospital. The hospital announced that the matter is being taken care of by staff members.
Ashkelon Mayor Itamar Shimoni admitted that he was surprised by the amount of rain falling in the city and declared that “If the need arises, we will evacuate the educational institutions.”
