Austria says that it is investigating two men who are suspected of being involved in last month's Paris attack. The men were found in a Salzburg migrant shelter over the weekend and arrested.
According to State Prosecutor Robert Holzleitner, the pair are suspected of "participation in a terrorist organization," and likely connected to the Paris attack. Holzleitner did not specify where they originally came from, only noting that is in the Middle East. He claimed that saying more could endanger the investigation.
However, the Kronen Zeitung newspaper says that the two came from Pakistan and Algeria, and are French citizens. It added that they used fake Syrian passports to enter Austria in October.
