Charlie Hebdo, the French satirical newspaper that was targeted in a terror attack in January, will give almost €4 million ($4.4 million US) to the victims of the attacks.
Charlie Hebdo announced that the donations came from 84 countries, and that the French government will be involved in determining how the money is given out.
Two French-born brothers attacked the paper's headquarters and killed 12 people. This set off three days of terror in Paris, including at a kosher market. A total of 17 victims were murdered before police killed the three terrorists.
