A pedestrian was critically injured on Tuesday night after being hit by a vehicle on Highway 4, near Kfar Haroeh.
United Hatzalah volunteers paramedics who were called to the scene provided her with initial treatment and she was later taken to the Hillel Yaffe Hospital in Hadera.
