Opposition leader Yitzhak Herzog attacked Channel 20 on Monday, accusing it of leading a campaign against President Reuven Rivlin's participation in the Haaretz conference in New York.
"Channel 20 has lost all shame," he slammed. "The station's editors have been savagely attacking since this morning Israel's citizen number one, lashing out at one of the symbols of our most important sovereignty, daring, with unclear insolence, to challenge his love of Israel as if they invented Zionism."
