Jerusalem terrorist a 21-year-old resident of Beit Hanina

The terrorist who carried out the car-ramming attack near Chords Bridge in Jerusalem on Monday afternoon is an Arab resident of the capital's Beit Hanina neighborhood. 

He has been identified as 21-year-old Abed al-Mahsan Hasuna.
