The Communication Ministry has leveled a fine of 642,590 shekels ($166,511 US) on the Pelephone cell phone company. The company was found to have broken licensing rules in dealing with customers' financial obligations.
The Ministry stated that, in some of the incidents, Pelephone did not send written responses to customers, or sent them after more than 21 days, or did not present justification for its actions.
