German Chancellor Angela Merkel says that her country will not increase its involvement in the fight against ISIS in the Middle East.
"I believe that Germany is fulfilling its part, and we don't need to talk about new issues on this topic," Chancellor Merkel told the television station ZDF.
Her comments were in response to a report in Der Spiegel that US Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter asked Germany to contribute more troops.
