The Knesset’s Economic Affairs Committee, headed by MK Eitan Cabel (Zionist Union), will on Monday submit its report to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, who also serves as Economy Minister, on the implementation of Section 52, which would allow circumvention of the Antitrust Commissioner and pave the way for the approval of the gas outline.
The document will include a recommendation to Prime Minister Netanyahu not to use the authority granted to him and not bypass the Antitrust Commissioner.
