Senior figures in the Syrian opposition say that they will agree to meet with dictator Bashar al-Assad, but they are bound by the demands that he step down from his position during the transitional period.
The representatives made their comments during a summit in Saudi Arabia in which they accepted the internationally-proposed conditions for negotiations.
