Germany’s government decided that any asylum seeker entering its territory will be given identification papers complete with a picture of the refugee, his nationality, date of birth, place of birth, height and eye color.
Germany’s Minister of Interior said that all of the refugees will need to present their identification papers in order to receive state benefits or be granted asylum.
