A commander and a child soldier were among 11 "Islamic State" (ISIS) terrorist group fighters killed Tuesday in air strikes on Raqqa, the jihadists' de facto capital in Syria, a monitor said, according to AFP.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was unable to specify the nationality of the aircraft that carried out the raids nor the identity of the slain commander.
