President Barack Obama says that there are terror threats to the US, but that the country can overcome them.
He added that, in order to destroy ISIS, the US must kill terrorists, continue to train rebel forces in Iraq and Syria, hit the terrorists' sources of funding, and find a solution to the civil war in Syria.
