Israeli swimmer wins silver medal in European Championship

The Israeli swimmer Yakov Toumarkin won the silver medal in the 100 meter mixed swim at the European Short Course Championships, held at Netanya's Wingate Institute.

Last week, Toumakrin won another silver medal at the 200 meter backstroke.
