Japan says that it has completed its plans to create an anti-terrorism intelligence unit in the Foreign Ministry, which will start operating next week.
The International Counterterrorism Intelligence Collection Unit was scheduled to be unveiled in April, but hurried along due to the attack in Paris.
According to the Chief Cabinet Secretary, the unit's members will be sent around the world, to areas considered more prone to terror attacks.
