The Lobby for Jewish Renewal headed by MKs Rachel Azariya and Elazar Stern held talks on Tuesday on the opening of shopping centers on Shabbat.
MK Stern said that “We are attempting to make room for the Jewish identities of those who choose to express their Judaism in other ways. It is dangerous if a large portion of the Israeli population does not succeed in finding meaning in their lives.”
