Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree placing sanctions against Turkey, in light of tensions between the countries following the downing of a Russian plane by Turkey last week.
As of January 1st, 2016 it will be forbidden for Russian merchants to import fruits, vegetables and poultry from Turkey.
