Brazil has filed a suit against two of the world's largest mining companies over their responsibility for what the statement calls "the worst natural disaster in the country's history."
The case comes in the wake of last month's dam collapse which led to the deaths of 13 people. Brazil is demanding $5.2 billion in compensation.
