A European Union representative slammed Syria on Monday for "gaps and contradictions" in its claims about its arsenal of chemical weapons to the global watchdog overseeing the destruction of toxic armaments.
Jacek Bylica of Luxembourg said the "many uncertainties" from Damascus "[make] it impossible to have confidence that its chemical weapons program has been irreversibly dismantled."
