Netanyahu begins meeting with Putin in Paris

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has begun his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on the sidelines of the climate conference in Paris. 

In phone conversations before the summit, the two agreed to meet and discuss the situation in Syria.
