Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu shook hands with EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini on the sidelines of the international climate change conference in Paris on Monday.
On Sunday evening, Netanyahu announced he would not meet with representatives from the European Union over its decision to label Jewish products imported from Judea, Samaria and the Golan Heights.
