A Jerusalem court has found the prime suspect in the Abu Khdeir case, Yosef Haim Ben David, not guilty due to his mental state. The two other suspects, both minors, have been convicted of murder.
The judge accepted that Ben David kidnapped and murdered Muhammad Abu Khdeir, but is holding off his judgment until the psychiatric evaluation is completed.
