A prisoner exchange deal is being implemented between the Lebanese government and the Nusra Front, Arabic-language Sky News reports.
The reports indicate that the Islamist organization will release 16 Lebanese soldiers and security officials held in their captivity since August 2014. The Lebanese government will release 16 prisoners who served time in one of the country’s jails, including five women, one of which is most likely a former wife of an “Islamic State” (ISIS) terrorist.
