A Jewish minor from Kiryat Arba was arrested on Friday at the entrance to the city. The boy was arrested on suspicion of blocking Arabs from crossing the road during a demonstration held at the spot following an attack that took place nearby.
The Honenu legal aid organization was assisting him.
