Yukiya Amano, the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), says that his organization's latest report on Iran does not include clear conclusions about the Islamic Republic's past nuclear activity.
"The report will not be black and white," said Amano.
Once the report is published, the nuclear agreement calls for the lifting of some of the economic sanctions against Iran.
