The Knesset plenum approved of a preliminary vote on a bill initiated by MK Anat Berko, which would have minors convicted of terrorism serve time behind bars, even before the terrorist hits 14 years of age.
The bill stipulates that until the age of 14, convicted terrorists would serve out their sentences in closed facilities.
