Belgium issued an international arrest warrant for a man named Mohamed Abrini, a suspect in the Paris terror attacks.
According to the announcement, 30-year-old Abrini was recorded on November 11th driving a car later used by the Paris terrorists. He was also seen at a gas station with one of the known Paris terrorists.
