Interior Minister Silvan Shalom (Likud) has given his approval to the visit of Iranian poet Payam Feili.
During the poet's visit, which was approved by security officials, he will participate in the premiere of the play "Three Reasons," which is partially based on his work.
Twenty-nine-year-old Feili wrote the highly-acclaimed novel "I Will Grow, I Will Bear Fruit… Figs," which was only recently translated into Hebrew.
He will arrive during the next couple weeks.
