A Thai military court has indicted two men over the August bombing in Bangkok that killed 20 people and injured more than 120.

The two, Bilal Mohammad and Mieraili Yusufu, are being charged with ten counts, including conspiracy to explode bombs and to commit premeditated murder, Associated Press reports. None of the charges deal with terrorism.

Authorities believe that the attack was not motivated by either religious or political motives, though many have expressed skepticism at the claim.
