Belgian prosecutors filed charges on Monday against a man believed to have participated in the Paris terror attacks on November 13. He is being held in custody in Brussels.
Another 15 people arrested in a raid in the city on Sunday were released after questioning, the Federal Prosecutor's Office said in a statement.
