Palestine Liberation Organization senior official Saeb Erekat blamed Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Monday for nearly two months of deadly terror attacks, on the eve of key talks with US Secretary of State John Kerry.
Erekat, who has served as the Palestinians' chief negotiator in talks with Israel, also stressed in an interview with AFP that he did not condone killings, but declined to outright condemn a wave of Palestinian attacks targeting Israelis.
