Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu addressed the Likud faction meeting on Monday urging "patience, courage and determination" in the face of near-daily terror attacks.
"I have just come from Gush Etzion, which I toured with the defense minister and army commanders," Netanyahu said. "We are in the midst of a stubborn war against the terror of incited individuals - with the incitement coming mostly from social networks."
"It has been expressed from time to time with shooting, but especially with knives, scissors, car-ramming attacks, etc., which unfortunately cause us to pay a heavy price, including today. It's going to be a long struggle which demands patience, courage and determination. We will be victorious."
