IDF officer: About 55 Iranians killed in Syrian civil war

A senior IDF officer told Reuters that Israel believes about 55 Iranians have been killed since the start of the Syrian civil war.

The officer added that the number of Hezbollah fighters killed in Syria is between one and two thousand.
