Dutch police arrest three suspicious men in Rotterdam

Rotterdam police have arrested three suspicious men standing next to a car with Belgian license plates.

The Dutch city's mayor, who was in a nearby restaurant at the time, was quickly evacuated. There is no further information about the incident.
