The Arab terrorist from the Hevron region who conducted Thursday's stabbing attack in southern Tel Aviv, murdering two Jews at prayer and wounding a third, was in the city legally.
He had been given a work permit from the security system, and had not illegally entered sovereign Israeli territory as has been the case in some previous attacks.
The terrorist was employed at a restaurant in Yafo, a suburb to the south of Tel Aviv.
