Synagogue stabber terrorist was in Tel Aviv legally

Security officials have identified the Arab terrorist who murdered two people and injured a third in Tel Aviv as a 36-year-old resident of Dura, near Hevron.

He did not have a previous criminal record and appears to have been in Tel Aviv legally.
