The Syrian Human Rights Observatory announced that ceasefire talks between Assad’s army and rebel forces in the suburbs of Damascus have failed.
It was reported on Wednesday that the sides declared a two-week humanitarian ceasefire in the Damascus region, but Syria’s Reconciliation Minister, Ali Haidar, denied the reports.
