Charges were filed on Thursday morning against an Israeli Arab from Umm al-Fahm for committing a terror attack last month in Eilat.
According to the charges, the terrorist committed acts of attempted murder, inflicting physical harm under severe conditions and carrying a knife for racist reasons.
