The coalition has lost its campaign on section 39 of the budget by a single vote. The noted section deals with the budget for the Communication Ministry. It is believed that the missing vote occurred by mistake.
Finance Committee head Moshe Gafni (UTJ) asked to stop the voting and to return to a quick debate, in order to restart the count.
