MK Merav Michaeli (Zionist Union) has sent a letter to Knesset Speaker Yuli Edelstein (Likud), in which she asked him to put off the Foreign Affairs and Security Committee discussion scheduled for tomorrow (Thursday).
MK Michaeli explained that today's budget debate is expected to run into the night, a possibility that was unknown when tomorrow's discussion was scheduled.
MK Edelstein responded that changing the date of a discussion can only be done by the committee head, and added that the date was chosen on Monday, after which there was sufficient time to appeal.
