A busy market in Kano, the largest city in Nigeria, was struck by two explosions this afternoon (Wednesday). Thirteen people are believed dead, though there is no information on the number of wounded.
Authorities say that the attack resembles those of Boko Haram, but no one has yet claimed credit for today's bombing.
Only yesterday, another explosion killed 30 people in the northeastern city of Yola.
