A child in Elad lost his finger after it was caught in a slamming door. United Hatzalah volunteers provided him with first aid.
A senior medic says, "When we got to the site I was confronted by a 4-year-old child with a partially amputated finger after a door in his house slammed on it. I gave him first aid with the assistance of additional volunteers from United Hatzalah's motorcycle unit. Afterwards he was evacuated to receive medical care in Tel Hashomer Hospital. Doctors there will try to save his finger."
