The Foreign Ministry’s nominating committee decided to nominate Roni Leshno-Yaar to the position of Israeli Ambassador to European Union Institutions. In addition, Aviva Raz Shechter will be appointed to the position of Israeli Ambassador to UN Insitutions in Geneva.
The committee approved of additional appointments of ambassadors to the Vatican, Holland, Argentina and Canada. All of the appointments are pending government approval.
