The heads of the Har Hevron and Kiryat Arba councils, along with the Nir Yeshiva and the Settlement Committee, have put up a studying tent at the location where Rabbi Yaakov Litman and his son Netanel were murdered.
The tent will be up until the end of the shiva and will allow visitors to learn Torah in memory of the victims.
