Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely slammed Swedish counterpart Margot Wallstrom on Monday, after the latter claimed Islamic State's attacks on Paris were partially fueled by Palestinian frustration.

"The Swedish foreign minister's unfortunate statements display a combination of ignorance and blindness," Hotovely charged. "Is Iran acting out of frustration? Was Bin Laden acting out of frustration?"

"The belief that Israel is the source of world's problems demonstrates that Europe has not learned its lesson and doesn't understand that Israel is part of the solution, and not part of the problem."
