Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan warned Monday against linking the refugee crisis plaguing Europe with the threat of global terrorism.
Speaking after the G20 summit in Turkey, Erdogan also addressed the agreement reached by foreign ministers in Vienna on a potential political transition in Syria, calling it a "hopeful step forward."
