Belgian Foreign Minister Didier Reynders is calling on other European countries to improve the ways they share intelligence information in order to better fight ISIS and similar terrorists.
During a meeting of EU foreign ministers, Reynders told reports that it "is the only one way to find the people with such a level of radicalization."
